Abstract

Museum Pendidikan Nasional (Musdiknas) is one of the icons of Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Musdiknas has received many visits from various groups who want to know the history of education development from the beginning to the present. Based on the results of the interviews, most of the visitors browsed the website first before coming directly to the Musdiknas. This shows that the influence of website accessibility can affect visits to the Musdiknas. Therefore, it is necessary to study how visitors evaluate the Musdiknas’s website so that managers can develop the Musdiknas website so that it has maximum use value. The method used is a survey with data analysis techniques using the System Usability Scale (SUS). The study results show that the Musdiknas website is in a good category. However, there are still things that need to be improved on several aspects that can improve the visitor experience when visiting the website. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that Musdiknas’s website has use value in the good category and can meet visitors’ information needs.
