Abstract

With the continuous development and progress of society, the new era has put forward higher requirements for the education industry. The spirit of educators, as the soul and driving force of the education industry, is particularly important in the context of the new era. In the context of the new era, the spirit of educators has been reinterpreted and developed in a completely new way. As a bridge for transmitting language and culture, the quality and ability of teachers of Chinese as a foreign language are crucial to the quality of teaching and the effectiveness of international communication. Therefore, training for teachers of Chinese as a foreign language has become increasingly important. This paper aims to explore the connotation, characteristics, and how to integrate the spirit of educators in the new era into the training of Chinese language teachers as a foreign language. If teachers of Chinese as a foreign language possess the spirit of educators in the new era, they can not only achieve good teaching results, but also gain the respect of students, which is more conducive to the dissemination of Chinese and promotes the development of international Chinese education.
