Abstract

In the era of new media, the high development of mobile Internet has brought new opportunities and challenges to the education work of counselors. Especially after the new pneumonia epidemic, colleges and universities conscientiously implement the policy of “stop teaching and learning without stopping classes”, and the online political education work of college counselors cannot be ignored. In this paper, through the use of good network means to carry out heart-to-heart talks to strengthen communication with students and improve the ability of counselors themselves, it is important to explore innovative forms of work and strive to improve the effect of heart-to-heart talks to do a good job in the ideological and political education of college students.
