It is a great delight to introduce the 2022 3rd International Conference on Mental Health, Education and Human Development (MHEHD 2022), which held during May 27-29, 2022 in Dalian, China. MHEHD 2022 is to bring together innovative academics and industrial experts in the field of Mental Health, Education and Human Development to a common forum. The primary goal of the conference is to promote research and developmental activities in Mental Health, Education and Human Development and another goal is to promote scientific information interchange between researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners working all around the world. The conference will be held every year to make it an ideal platform for people to share views and experiences in Mental Health, Education and Human Development and related areas.

About 300 participants from academic, high-education institutes and other organizations took part in the conference. The conference model was divided into two sessions, including oral presentations and keynote speeches. In the first part, some scholars, whose submissions were selected as the excellent papers, were given 15 minutes to perform their oral presentations one by one. Then in the second part, keynote speakers were each allocated 30-45 minutes to hold their speeches. We were very honored to have Prof. Stephen F. Myler, CEO of Lok Yi Health Management Consulting (Shanghai) Co., Ltd, Professor of Psychology, Hubei University, China as our Conference Chairman.

In the keynote presentation part, we invited four professors as our keynote speakers. Our first keynote speaker, Prof. Razali Bin Hassan, Malaysia Research Institute for Vocational Education and Training (MyRIVET), Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia, Malaysia. He performed a speech: Transformational Leadership Behaviors of TVET Institutions for post-COVID 19 Pandemic. The second keynote speaker, Prof. Alina Rodriguez, Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics, School of Public Health, Imperial College London, UK. He presented an insightful speech: Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and educational attainment. A. Prof. Na Li, Liaoning Normal University, China. He delivered a wonderful speech: Education for the future: What is the key competencies in the new edition curriculum. Our finale keynote speaker, Prof. Cong Li, Dalian Jiaotong University, China, performed a speech: Development and Challenges of Leadership Facing English Teachers in Higher Education.

The proceedings present a selection of high-quality papers submitted to the conference by researchers from universities, research institutes, and industry. All papers were subjected to peer-review by conference committee members and international reviewers. The papers were selected based on their quality and their relevance to the conference. The topics include but are not limited to: 1. Psychology; 2. Education Science; 3. Social Sciences; 4. Culture; 5. Sports; 6. Other related topics.

I would like to express special gratitude to members of the conference committee and organizers of the conference. I would also like to thank the reviewers for their valuable time and advice which helped in improving the quality of the papers selected for presentation at the conference and for publication in the proceedings.
