Abstract

The welfare management of state-owned enterprises is subject to relevant policies of state-owned asset and enterprises, and it also needs to follow the general laws of enterprise management. This study first sorts out the general elements that companies need to consider when carrying out the design of welfare management system, and then considers the characteristics of state-owned enterprises, and puts forward the design principles of state-owned enterprise welfare management. Under the guidance of the classification reform and classification management ideas, this study analyzes the influencing factors and influencing mechanisms of the flexibility and effectiveness of different types of state-owned enterprise welfare management, to provide decision-making reference for different types of state-owned enterprises.
