Abstract

Poverty is a problem that still occurs in Indonesia, one of the efforts made by the Government to deal with the problem of poverty is by issuing a policy concerning the Distribution of Bantuan Pangan Non Tunai. BPNT is an assistance program from the government in the form of non-cash which is given to underprivileged people once a month via an electronic account and must be spent on food at E-Warong (Octavia et al., 2022). The implementation of the BPNT Program Policy in Ngusikan Village has not yet optimally, because the process of implementing the program is still considered not fully on target. The type of research used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach and using George c Edward III's implementation theory: communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. This research aims to describe Implementation of BPNT Program Policy In Ngusikan Village. The results of the research show that the communication process that took place during the implementation of the BPNT program in Ngusikan Village was going well. Key resources included human resources, budget, and infrastructure. Officers followed 5S and reported to Ministry of Social Affairs, Provincial and Regency Social Services, and Village Government, overcoming obstacles to benefit the community.
