Abstract: The tourist village has a significant economic impact on the community because rural residents are directly involved in the development of the tourist village. This research aims to describe the implementation of policies in the development of the Oase tourist village in the Ondomohen village in Surabaya city. The method used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach, data collection techniques include interviews, observations. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of policies for the Oase Tourist Village in Ondomohen Village has been successful and optimal, as indicated by the research findings.
