Abstract

MSME assistance is a program created by Ketapanrame Village together with BRILian which aims to improve the quality of MSME products and services, turnover, welfare of MSME actors, skills of MSME actors, village economy, welfare of local residents, cooperation between MSME actors and Ketapanrame Village Enterprises, as well as attractiveness. This research aims to describe the success of implementing the MSME assistance policy in Ketapanrame Village on the village economy. This MSME assistance is based on Indonesian Government Regulation Number 7 of 2021 concerning Facilitation, Protection and Empowerment of cooperatives and micro, small and medium businesses. And Mojokerto City Regional Regulation Number 4 of 2021 in article 5, namely providing training and business development in the creative economy sector. This research uses the theory of policy implementation from Van Meter and Van Horn which has 6 policy implementation variables and from the results of this research it is clear that this MSME mentoring program has been running well in terms of all variables, although there are several variables whose implementation is less than optimal. The success of implementing this MSME assistance is proven by the increase in the village economy and a surge in the addition of MSME actors after the MSME assistance was held.
