Culinary work is related to services that require adequate interpersonal skills. Vocational Culinary School level operators must have high technical skills, intermediate interpersonal, and low concept. The purpose of this study aims to analyze the skills of vocational aspects of functional literacy and problem solving with culinary expertise.
