- Abstract
This report aims to analyze the importance of training and development on the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Sukabumi area. MSME entrepreneurs play an important role in the local economy, but they often face challenges in developing their businesses. Training and skills development is considered an effective means to help MSME entrepreneurs improve their business performance. This research methodology is based on collecting primary data through a survey using a closed questionnaire to MSME entrepreneurs in the Sukabumi area. The questionnaire explores entrepreneurs’ perceptions and needs regarding training and development in the context of MSME businesses. It is hoped that this report can provide useful insights for relevant stakeholders, including the government, training institutions and MSME associations, in planning and providing relevant and effective training for MSME entrepreneurs in the Sukabumi area.
