Abstract

The goals of this research is to see how financial ratios affect financial distress to stock prices. ROA, DAR, and CR as an intervening variable. The companies in this study are listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2018–2022 period. Sample data was collected using purposive sampling technique. Panel data analysis and regression analysis are used to carry out data analysis. The findings are expected to be able to determine the effect of financial distress on stock prices through financial ratios such as ROA, DER, and CR.
