- Abstract
Under the background of the increasing number of college graduates, the increasing employment pressure, and the dislocation of supply and demand in the employment market, through questionnaire design, precise delivery, summary and analysis, the research on college students’ career development planning was carried out among the undergraduates of the School of Environmental Ecology and Biological Engineering of Wuhan Institute of Technology. Through the survey, it was found that there was no complete college students’ career planning system in the college students’ career development planning Students have insufficient information reserves for postgraduate entrance examination and work, weak sense of autonomy, unclear goals, poor ability to act independently, and put forward corresponding solutions, which are of reference value for helping students plan their academic career, design their professional career, develop the school’s employment guidance to a higher, broader, deeper and more specialized field, and provide undergraduate education, teaching and management services.
