Welcome to the 2nd International Conference on Education, Language and Art (ICELA 2022). The main motivation of the organizing committee was to bring together experts, scholars and scientists from all over the world to present their work, exchange information and establish collaboration. ICELA 2022 promoted scientific information interchange between researchers, developers and practitioners working all around the world and affiliated future business contacts among all the participants.
