Al-Haditsu Al-Yaum's Impact on Kalam Proficiency in Islamic Boarding Students

Abstract

Books are one of the guidelines that can help in the process of teaching and learning activities. This study aims to determine how effective the use of Al-haditsu al-yaum book is in increasing maharah kalam santri with quantitative research methods, this study uses quantitative methods with the type of field research field research, by conducting pretest-posttest design. The study population of Class VII and class VIII students was a cumulative study of 30 people. Sampling by total sampling technique. The type of instrument used after the pretest and posttest oral test results. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that the book al-haditsu al-yaum can have a significant effect with the use of the book al-haditsu al-yaum on the maharah kalam ranking of students 51.4%. The overall average of the posttest results is greater than the overall average value of the pretest results. The average N-Gain score on students is 56.9%, so it can be said to be quite effective The application of this book went smoothly and effectively.
