- Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and social work environment on employee organizational commitment. The research method used is quantitative. The unit of analysis is employees in Bandung West Java, Indonesia, with as many as 54 respondents. Data collection was done using an online questionnaire (google form). The results showed that compensation influences organizational commitment, whereas the social work environment influences organizational commitment. Compensation and social work environment affect organizational commitment. High organizational commitment can increase compensation and the social work environment of employees in carrying out their work.
