The aim of GCBME 2023 is to provide a plat- form for educators, researchers, artists, scholars, managers, postgraduate students and entrepreneurs from different cultural backgrounds to present and develop research, development and innovation in the field of business management and entrepreneurship. The contributions are expected to be the main reference articles on the topic of each book. It will be strictly peer-reviewed by experts in the fields. This book provides oppor- tunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and implementation experiences, to establish business or research connection book and to find Global Partners for future collaboration. This book is expected to be held annually, and in the year of 2023, we take the theme of: “Digital-Based Business in Improving Community Creative Economy Growth in The New Normal Era” where GCBME ultimately goals to provide a medium forum for educators, researchers, scholars, managers, graduate students and profes- sional business person from the diverse cultural backgrounds to present and discuss their researches, knowledge and innovation within the fields of business, management and entrepreneurship. I hope the readers can find the sustainability of the usefulness of this book, in developing business analysis and implementation. The scope of the 8th GCBME consists of the main thematic groups but is open to other relevant topics: Organizational Behavior, Leadership and Human Resources Management, Innovation, Operations, ITManagement and Supply-ChainManagement, Marketing Management, Financial Management and Accounting, Economic Educa- tion, Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship and Contemporary Issues, Economics Education and Green Business. I hope the readers will find the usefulness of this book in understanding the develop- ment of the analysis and application of business management and entrepreneurship for decision support.
