ABSTRACT

Research purposes​ This to analyze the habituation of traditional clothing culture every Thursday Pahing Yogyakarta in instilling a sense of love for the homeland at the Elementary School level. The method used in this study is the Literature Study Method or library research using secondary data sources collected through scientific journals, seminar proceedings journals, and so on. The results of the study concluded that school culture is interpreted as thoughts, reason, customs, something that has developed and become a habit that influences the formation and development of character in students. One of the positive values that need to be instilled in students at school is the character of love for the homeland with the rule of wearing traditional clothing every Thursday Pahing can produce wise student characters by taking the character values contained in it. In this case, with the existence of culture-based schools, it is hoped that the cultures that are owned will not be replaced by foreign cultures. Because education that implements get dressed custom can become good move​ For print a society of character noble and cultured.
