Abstract

Counsellor is the manager of class in the university, are the organizer, coordinator and guider, the link between school, family and society. The class is the basic organization of school. The great class can trait students’ integrated quality, and gives free rein to all kinds of capabilities. I will explain “how college counselors can manage classes effectively” from loving students, good communication, training of class cadres, formulating reasonable rules and regulations.
