Abstract

This research aims to describe teachers' work motivation in the State Senior High School in Bungo. The population in this study were all senior high school teachers who are civil servants at the Senior High School in Bungo. Total population of 104 people. The sample of this study selected 54 people who make use of on proportional stratified random sampling. Date were collected using a questionnaire Likert scale models that have been tested validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using correlation and regression techniques. The results showed that teachers' work motivation is in the enough category.
