Data were analysed with descriptive and inferential statistical analysis with SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) method through Smart PLS 4.0. Job Involvement (X1) has a significant and negative effect on Turnover Intention (Y), while Job Stress (X2) has a significant and positive effect on Turnover Intention (Y). Additionally, through organizational commitment (Z), job involvement (X1) has a negative impact on turnover intention (Y). Job Stress (X2), through Organizational Commitment (Z), positively influences Turnover Intention (Y).
