- Abstract
The aim of this work was to study the mechanisms of action and determine the effectiveness of the use of probiotic fodder additives «Amilocin» in the production of food eggs. In the course of the experiments, we found that the introduction of «Amilocin» supplement with water to laying hens of the cross Hisex Brown in the amount of 0.4 g; 0.5 g; 0.6 g per head per day for 10 days at the beginning of oviposition, the average weight of one egg increased by 0.86 g, 1.98 g and 0.12 g or 1.6%, 3.7% and 0.2 % respectively, in comparison with the control group that did not receive «Amilocin». Egg production per an average layer over the period of the experiment increased by 0.2; 0.6; 0.2 pieces in comparison with the control group.
