- Abstract
The research paper includes the information on the application of nanostructured motherwort extract in the production of fruit jelly candy, which can be used as a therapeutic functional food product. The size of nanostructured motherwort extract was determined by a nanoparticle tracking analysis (NTA). It depended on a shell nature significantly.
