- Abstract
A method has been developed for obtaining samples of a derivative of 1,4-dihydropyridine-nifedipine gels using the solid dispersion technique. A quality assessment of the obtained soft dosage forms has been performed. The effectiveness of the proposed technique for obtaining nifedipine gels has been proved, which makes it possible to increase the pharmaceutical availability of the poorly water soluble investigational substance, providing better release by increasing its solubility and dissolution rate.
