Abstract

How to make good use of honor incentive to improve the effect of education is a major issue facing the military academy education. This paper discusses the internal management mechanism of honor incentive, analyzes the current situation of cadet management in military academies from the perspective of honor incentive, and puts forward the basic path to strengthen cadet management in military academies.
