- Abstract
Nobel laureate Pissarides (2017) mentioned that the issue of low wages is not unique to Taiwan, But the trend in all countries of the world. Taiwan's labor market, five-day work week, low salary, youth unemployment, AI replaces work, etc., are full of incomprehensible questions. In this depressed market, employees naturally attach importance to and care about the issue of feedback. This paper mainly discusses the relationship between the feedback characteristics of work characteristics, personal-work fit (D-A PJ fit, N-S PJ fit) and job satisfaction. The top 2000 companies in the "TOP 2016 Taiwan Large Enterprises Ranking" by the China Credit Information Institute of Taiwan, recycling 193 companies for questionnaire analysis, the research results show that the feedback of different working characteristics has a significant positive impact on employee D-A PJ fit. The feedback effect of different working characteristics has a significant positive impact on N-S PJ fit; The feedback of different job characteristics has no significant positive impact on job satisfaction. Based on this, this paper believes that if enterprises want to become high-performance, competitive organizations, in addition to investing in capital, equipment, technology, etc., The D-A PJ fit, N-S PJ fit for employees in the organization is also one of the key factors determining the success of a company.
