The 2019 3rd International Seminar on Education, Management and Social Sciences (ISEMSS 2019) was held on July 19-21, 2019 in Changsha, China. The aim objective of ISEMSS 2019 is to present the latest research and results of scientists related to education, management, and social sciences topics.
