Website: https://www.cuchd.in/srishti-irtthi/ The 1st International Conference on ‘Innovation and Regenerative Trends in the Tourism and Hospitality Industry’ hosted by the University Institute of Tourism and Hospitality Management, Chandigarh University, India, aimed to bring together scholars, researchers, educators, and professionals from around the world to discuss the innovative trends, regenerative practices, challenges, and opportunities within the dynamic and evolving landscape of hospitality and tourism industry. Distinguished research scientists, eminent international agricultural entrepreneurs, and esteemed experts from the realms of tourism, hospitality, and food processing industry, along with delegates hailing from seven countries including India, Georgia, South Africa, UK, Denmark, Italy, and New Zealand, graced this event with their invaluable presence. The conference tracks included: • Sustainable Practices and Regenerative Trends in Tourism and Hospitality
• Technology and Innovation in Tourism and Hospitality
• Gastronomy and Culinary Innovation
• Global Connectivity and Transformative Trends in Tourism and Hospitality
• Managerial and Operational Innovation in Tourism and Hospitality While seasoned authors demonstrated their expertise in their respective areas of study, offering valuable insights in their research papers, budding authors, including research scholars, showcased their enthusiasm for research and presented intriguing perspectives for stakeholders of tourism and hospitality sectors. The conference also facilitated fruitful interactions between industry experts, policymakers, and academics, fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange.Atotal of 228 abstractswere submitted, out of which 38 full papers are selected for the inclusion in the Conference Proceedings of Atlantis Press, highlighting the academic rigor and quality of the research presented. We extend our sincere appreciation to the esteemed management of Chandigarh University, all the participants, sponsors, and organizers for their invaluable contributions to the success of our conference.
