Abstract

The company’s value is shaped by a range of factors, including profitability, leverage, and its overall size. This study primarily centers on the Islamic industry, which includes both Islamic business entities and banks operating in Indonesia. Its aim is to investigate and assess how profitability, leverage, and company size affect corporate value. Data for the research is sourced from secondary materials, specifically the official websites of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and the Financial Services Authority (OJK). A purposive sampling method is employed, chosen based on criteria that correspond with the research aims. The research findings indicate that both profitability and company size significantly impact corporate value in Indonesia’s Islamic financial services sector during the years 2021–2022. Nevertheless, the impact of leverage on corporate value within the Islamic industry in Indonesia for the period of 2021–2022 is not substantial.
