Abstract

This paper provides an objective description of the development of human and environment as an independent variable to measure working Effectiveness as a dependent variable in CV. Abadi Sejahtera Karya in 2016. The method that will be used is quantitative descriptive by using multiple linear regression with interpretation through SPSS program version 19. The results obtained significant both partially and simultaneously. The advice that needs to be given is that every employee is given a non-formal education to improve competitiveness in the era of the Asian Economic Community (AEC).
