Abstract

Competition is ubiquitous in various industries. Of course, the financial leasing industry is no exception. This article uses the financing leasing data of listed companies from a regional perspective to calculate the original Herfindahl index to measure the level of competition among financing leasing institutions in various regions. By analyzing the statistical results, it can be concluded that the competition among regional financial leasing institutions is intense.
