- Abstract
This study aimed to find out the contribution principals leadership and teacher’s responsibility towards to teacher’s job satisfaction in Gugus IV Public Elementary School, Kuranji District, both partially and simultaneously. This study belonged ex-post facto approach. The population in this study were 102 teachers in Gugus IV Public Elementary School, Kuranji District. Sampling technique utilized stratified proportional random sampling were 86 teachers. Analysis data conducted by using partial correlation and multiple linear regression. The results of this study showed that: (1) there is a contribution of principals leadership towards to teacher’s job satisfaction with the value 3.6% (2) there is a contribution teacher’s responsibility towards to teacher’s job satisfaction with the value 3.1% (3) there is a contribution principals leadership and teacher’s responsibility towards to teacher’s job satisfaction with the value 5.9%. based on the findings it could be concluded that there is a contribution principals leadership and teacher’s responsibility towards to teacher’s job satisfaction in Gugus IV Public Elementary School, Kuranji District.
