Financial Satisfaction Increase: Effect of Income and Financial Literacy Factors (Study of MSMEs)

- Abstract
Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) will be an economic milestone in Indonesia. But in the midst of the current era of development, Indonesian MSMEs have not been able to maximize opportunities and potential in developing their business. South Solok Regency is an expansion area with thousands of MSMEs, but they still need mentoring and financing. Therefore, MSMEs need financial literacy to manage their business, in hopes of increasing income thus increasing financial satisfaction. The survey results show out of 60 MSMEs players 80% have income above IDR 5,000,000, and 62% have sufficient to a high category in financial literacy. From the test results, it can be concluded that income and financial literacy have a significant effect on financial satisfaction.
