Abstract

Accurately recognizing copyright protection in the era of big data is one of the important ways to protect intellectual property rights, and it is also an important issue to promote science and technology to serve the socialist economic construction with Chinese characteristics on the track of rule of law. The purpose of this paper is to interpret in detail the necessity and importance of copyright protection under the background of big data application through legal analysis and case analysis, and on this basis, to explore copyright protection methods in line with the era of big data, and to open a new chapter in the research of legal rights in the era of big data in China.
