Besides, the relationship between education and social sciences is a relationship of constraint and promotion. And people like scientists and researchers are supposed to learn more from them and make good use of the relationship between them. As such, we are proud to present the 2023 3rd International Conference on Modern Educational Technology and Social Sciences (ICMETSS 2023) held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, from August 25th to 27th, 2023.We aspire ICMETSS to serve as an effective platform for academicians and researchers internationally to share ideas, state-of-the-art researches, and future developments of educational methods in diverse field of studies. The Conference was intended to give students and research groups an opportunity to learn more about modern educational technology and social sciences as an important tool in their research applications and development. The specific Conference topics include: Education Curriculum Research and Development, Pedagogy Enhancement with ELearning, Multimedia Technology in Education, Literacy of Technology, Sociology of Educational Technology, etc. There were about 80 participants from countries all over the world attending the Conference and the presentations by researchers and scholars representing both institutes and academia. The scientific program consisted of in total four talks as well as many oral and poster presentations. The four talks were invited keynote speeches given by Prof. Nidhi Agarwal (Lincoln University College, Malaysia), Assoc. Prof. Nurhizam Safie Bin Mohd Satar (Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, Malaysia), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Fonny Dameaty Hutagalung (Universiti Malaya, Malaysia), Assoc. Prof. Azidah binti Abu Ziden (Universiti Sains Malaysia, Malaysia), respectively. Titles included: Revolutionizing Social Sciences Education: The Integration of Ancient and Contemporary Technology, Disruptive Innovation: From Research Ideas to Commercial Efforts, Early Childhood Education Learning Models Post Pandemic in Malaysia, and Empowering Learning: Navigating the Future with Hyflex Education. This paper volume contains papers presented at the 3rd International Conference on Modern Educational Technology and Social Sciences. All papers selected have been subjected to peer review process. As such, we would like to thank all the reviewers, type-setting editors, and last but not the least all Committee members for the successful publication of this special issue of ICMETSS 2023. In making this Conference possible, we want to acknowledge our deep appreciation for the support of the University Malaysia Sabah, Malaysia. We would like to extend an enthusiastic round of thanks to all of our Conference authors and speakers for their excellent contributions.
