- Abstract
Stimulating the learning motivation of military academy undergraduate cadets is an important topic in the education and teaching of military academies. Starting from the internal system and external system of learning motivation, this paper summarizes and summarizes 13 influencing factors of learning motivation of military academy undergraduate cadets in three aspects: self-factors, teaching factors and management factors, and puts forward countermeasures to motivate the learning motivation of military academy undergraduate cadets from six aspects.
