Abstract

In the new era, it is necessary for education to unswervingly realize the fundamental task of cultivating qualified constructors and successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics. This paper combs the key points and achievements of strengthening the construction of teachers’ ethics and style of teaching in colleges and universities, analyzes the main problems existing in the construction of teachers’ ethics and style of teaching in the aspects of teachers’ career planning, teachers’ to promote the long-term mechanism of teachers’ ethics and style of teaching in colleges and universities. That is, to strengthen propaganda mechanism, teachers’ consciousness, incentive mechanism and typical guidance.
