- Abstract
The effect of ideological and political work in colleges and universities depends largely on the level of education and teaching of ideological and political theory. The key lies on the quality of ideological and political theory teachers. The quality of ideological and political theory teachers directly affects the effect of ideological and political educational teaching. This article discusses the two aspects of improving the quality of ideological and political theory teachers in colleges and universities and how to improve the quality of ideological and political theory teachers in colleges and universities.
