- Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of compensation and work motivation on the performance of PT XYZ employees. This research is a type of quantitative research. The population of this research is all 2123 employees of PT XYZ. The sample used was calculated using the Hair et al. Formula with a total of 110 respondents. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that compensation (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient value of 0.345. Work motivation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient value of 0.200.
