- Abstract
In today’s rapid development of “Internet +”, big data platform is widely used in various fields of society. The physical health of college students has always been a hot issue in our country, and the decline of college students’ physical health has not been greatly improved. In this context, this paper combines the characteristics and needs of college students’ physical exercise, describes the design and functions of the healthy running management system, and explores the effect of the use of the healthy running management system. The results show that the healthy running management system can improve students’ vital capacity and middle and long-distance running performance, and the teachers and students have a high degree of acceptance of the healthy running management system.
