The 3rd International Conference on Education Innovation (ICEI 2019) is organized by Education Faculty, Universitas Negeri Surabaya, Indonesia. This international conference aims to bridge the scientists, education experts and practicioners, and students in the scientific forum through sharing ideas and issues about theoretical and practical knowledge in special need education, educational technology, educational management, guidance and counseling, early-childhood education, elementary education, non-formal education, educational psychology.
