- Abstract
Good ability and potentials of innovation and entrepreneurship education owned by university teachers determines the effectiveness of training of innovation personnel. To improve the ability of teachers’ innovation and entrepreneurship education, we need to clarify the essence of innovation and entrepreneurship education and clarify the wrong cognition; we need to clarify the basic connotation of teachers’ innovation and entrepreneurship education ability and grasp the key elements; we need to integrate the high-quality resources inside and outside the school, optimize the training path and form a long-term mechanism on the basis of forming a common recognition that “innovation and entrepreneurship can be taught”.
