The 4th International Conference on Culture, Education and Economic Development of Modern Society (ICCESE 2020) was held on March 13-14, 2020 in Moscow, Russia.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the conference was held in on-line format.

ICCESE 2020 was jointly organized by Russian State Specialized Academy of Arts (Russia), International Science and Culture Center for Academic Contacts (Russia) and Zhengzhou Yingchun Conference planning Co., Ltd. (China).

The 4th International Conference on Culture, Education and Economic Development of Modern Society aims at bringing together researchers, practitioners and students with different cultural backgrounds from the fields of culture, economics, business and education to present and discuss research results, discoveries and innovations in the said areas.

The Conference has received 563 manuscripts, and 345 submissions have been accepted by our reviewers. All papers included in this collection have undergone careful peer-review by three experts before being selected for publication.
