Abstract

Since the reform and opening up, adult education has rapidly developed, but with the completion of the historical mission of adult education, how to break through the bottleneck of its own development has become a hot research issue today. However, China is a multi-national country and there are differences in the development of adult education among different ethnic groups in different regions. This paper focuses on the frontier ethnic minority regions in China and summarizes the research results of adult education in ethnic minority areas in recent decades in order to guide the future research of adult education in frontier ethnic minority regions.
