The 3rd International Conference on Culture, Education and Economic Development of Modern Society (ICCESE 2019) was held on March 1, 2019 at the Russian State Specialized Academy of Arts (Moscow, Russia).

ICCESE 2019 was jointly organized by Russian State Specialized Academy of Arts (Russia), International Science and Culture Center for Academic Contacts (Russia) and Zhengzhou Yingchun Conference planning Co., Ltd. (China).

The 3rd International Conference on Culture, Education and Economic Development of Modern Society brought together the representatives of educational and scientific organizations, in particular, public associations of people with disabilities, researchers, practitioners and students with different cultural backgrounds.

The Conference encouraged the exchange of ideas and professional experiences between the participants on many topical issues in the interconnected areas of Culture, Economics and Education: economic value of cultural institutions,creating conditions for realization of every person’s creative potential, preserving historical and cultural heritage, international cultural cooperation, facilitating the citizens` access to cultural values and goods, role of culture in the economic development of the society, promoting public-private partnership in the sphere of culture and arts,and other issues in the fields of Culture, Economics and Education.

ICCESE 2019 has received 747 manuscripts, and 461 submissions have been accepted by our reviewers. All papers included in this collection have undergone careful peer-review by three experts before being selected for publication.
