- Abstract
Employee performance is the output of every work activity that has been carried out by human resources in the company. Achieving employee performance is a key thing that must be continually improved to improve company performance. The research aims to determine the magnitude of the impact of spiritual quotient, coaching, and extrinsic job satisfaction simultaneously on the performance of employees in a multinational company in Banten province. The method used is a survey method with a causal approach. The data analysis technique used was technical descriptive data analysis and inferential statistical data analysis, including multiple linear regression analysis, F-test, analysis of determination. The scale used is Likert, while the data is obtained through questionnaires that have been filled in by respondents and processed using statistical data processing instruments. The variables studied included spiritual intelligence, coaching, extrinsic work satisfaction and performance. The results of the study are expected to be able to provide input for the company and become a material consideration for making decisions in an effort to improve employee performance at the company. In addition, for researchers, it can be a reference material and add to the repertoire of research space for further research so that it always finds an element of novelty in the field of human resource management research to improve the quality of human resources in the company.
