Abstract

This research aims to identify possibility policy of the Bengkalis Regional Government in order to handle the economic impact during the national disaster pandemic Covid-19. The economic policy should be based on the assumption to find a balance between the safety and health of the community and the economy. This research method using qualitative descriptive approach and based on an extensive literature study. to obtain a theoretical basis that can be used to provide relevant information and design alternative policies to provide rational solutions. This policy is expected to be able to restore the economy and welfare of the community during the Covid-19 pandemic. The economic policy must ensure the basic principles in increasing economic growth such as production, distribution, and consumption during Covid-19 pandemic.
