- Abstract
In the new era of science and technology development, how to rationally use artificial intelligence technology in human resource recruitment management is a topic worthy of research. This paper analyzes the shortcomings of the current human resource recruitment management, discusses the positive role of artificial intelligence technology applied to human resource recruitment management, and puts forward the strategy of using artificial intelligence technology in human resource recruitment management for the reference of recruitment managers.
