- Abstract
The human resources management of large-scale sports events in China lacks relevant professional support. It is essential for the effective management of volunteer resources in the operation of large-scale sports events, and is one of the important factors for the success of the event. Through the field investigation of the Wuhan Tennis Open Stadium, this paper understands the status of volunteer human resource allocation in the Wuhan Tennis Open. By constructing a volunteer human resource allocation model to accurately quantify the number of volunteers in a single volunteer service position, by understanding the job requirements of volunteer service positions, the number of service audiences, the time required to complete a single volunteer service, and the method of human traffic forecasting, etc. The demand for volunteers in the operation of the event provides an optimized way for volunteer management of large-scale sports events in the future.
