- Abstract
The administrative license evaluation system is a system clearly defined by the Administrative Licensing Law. It comprehensively measures and evaluates the degree of standardization and satisfaction of the implemented administrative licenses to determine the implementation performance of the administrative license. As one of the important public policies of the government, administrative licensing plays a role in regulating the relationship between the government and the public in many fields. Therefore, performance evaluation of administrative licensing is particularly important. The performance evaluation of administrative licensing based on public satisfaction is the consensus of western developed countries and the future development direction of China. It can speed up the construction of an administrative licensing system that is satisfactory to the people and has a complete system, scientific and standardized, and effective operation. Combining the theory and specific practice of China's administrative license satisfaction evaluation system, this paper puts forward some methods for evaluating the administrative license satisfaction by analyzing some problems existing in the evaluation system.
