Abstract

Official documents refer to the original official documents formed by the ruling class and local governments in their daily official activities. The Ming Dynasty paperwork system was quite perfect, and its official documents were numerous in number and very different in kind, and the language of official documents was even more colourful. Interpretation of the official documents, in addition to the content, supplementing the political life of the dynasty, but also from the evolution of the scope of application of the types of official documents, as well as the evolution of the official set of words, titles and general terminology and other perspectives of the study, on the correct point off the text, clarify the operation process, a great deal of good. The author to district Daren Zaozhuo a text, try to analyse the operation of the process and terminology, with a view to better study of the ancient system of official documents.
